Shipping within Australia:

We will endeavour to get your package sent within 1-3 business days. If for any reason there is a delay, you will be notified.

We offer flat rate shipping rates which are subject to change - please refer to the website for up to date rates.

Local pick up is available. Please select this option at checkout.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

Unfortunately we don't currently offer international shipping.
Should you wish to place an order which requires postage to overseas, please email us and we will do our best to provide this service for you.

When will your order be sent?

We aim to process and dispatch standard orders within 1-3 business days unless your purchase contains pre-order items.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a notification of dispatch via email along with a tracking number.

Should you require your order urgently, please ensure to select Express post and contact us to advise so we can get this arranged asap.

Delivery Times:

Orders will usually arrive within approximately 7- 10 days from dispatch for standard delivery or 1-3 days for express. This may vary based on location and if there are any public holidays in the period of dispatch.

Whilst all due care will be taken to ensure your parcel is packed and sent safely, Kaleido Eco can not be held liable for any damages or missing items in transit once they have left our store.
